Silicon carbide nozzle is a new ceramic material, with high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high strength, extreme cold and heat resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high temperature smaller, heat transfer silicon carbide nozzle conductivity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other characteristics. The streamlined design of the nozzle cavity from the inlet to the outlet minimizes the drag coefficient, so the spiral nozzle is suitable for a variety of uses, such as chemical industry, environmental protection, electric power, textile, and other industrial fields, especially flue gas desulfurization and dust removal industry. Many users in the industry have accepted their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fogging, and blocking resistance.
Spiral nozzle liquid goes through the continuous reduction of spiral body tangential and collision, into small droplets ejection. The smooth passage design in the nozzle cavity from the inlet to the outlet minimizes the occurrence of obstruction.
